To commemorate the 250th year anniversary of The Ancient Society of York Florists, Bloom! York, is a city-wide festival dedicated to anything floral. Transforming our beautiful city of York into a jungle of bright coloured floral arrangements. Discover our city this weekend, with the festival starting from the 5th – 8th July.
As a York home-grown company ourselves, it’s only right that we had to get involved. Our green-fingered team members quickly hatched a plan, hired a van and set off to the local garden centre. There, with the aid of the company credit card, bought a beautiful array of flowers and quickly got to work.
Although once completed, there was one thing missing. An ornamental garden feature. Having had no time to go back, we’ve had to rummage through whatever is kicking about in the office. What they’ve chosen looks suspiciously like a Renault Captur from the company car park…
Much to the dismay of the directors, it completes our garden and it would be a shame if someone was to remove the feature! So, before the car is forced to move, please come and visit our offices and marvel at our handy work.
Our garden feature is located at the York Car Hire (Europcar) offices, based next to the main York Railway Station.
Location: Queen Street, YO24 1AD. There are left luggage facilities available so you can drop off your bags and explore the heart of York.
